Maeda Atsuko's 3rd single will be released on Sep 18 kanonno^ Noo that's too close to HKT's 2nd single, Acchan is a too big distraction from it  ~Regarding the Nagisa no Cherry performance, young Yokoyama-san still as kenkyuusei (Minarun/Mariyagi as well).. .cute  Hmm if it's the best IDK I haven't watched many Nagisa~ versions, I'm no fan of that song. The three back.up dance positions are so ungrateful to perform in that song. |

Neko's ftw Pokemon and Digimon are still huge in Japan along with Ultraman (which is your Mariyagi's favorite) and Kamen Riders. The hype overseas is dead, but not in Japan, its not as huge as before but its still huge. Even Dragonball is still huge after some 25yrs. I agree Koala aren't really the most exciting animals, Panda are cute... Usagi is the best  |

YuGiOh starts the trading card era, with so many following suits even now. But all this kind of hypes don't last long overseas cos of the limited content being dished out. Giant B&W Pandas are cuter ^ I watched some Yugioh back then..until those three(?) dragon-shaped overpowered cards came up. Maybe 2nd season, I can't tell. But overall I didn't liked it nowhere near as much as Dragonball/Pokemon (1st season) and other afternoon anime series. Funny thing though, Dragonball aired in 1999 at the same time as Pokemon (for the first time) in Germany. Pokemon hyped more but Dragonball stayed for like 10years relevant on German TV. They repeated it constantly with decent numbers. I guess Pandas are an Asian thing they are irrelevant over here, no specific love or affection towards them. |

Superheroes last long if they do it right like DC's Superman, Batman, Marvel's Ironman, Cap America, Wolverine... Well its depends, its not really tied to the regions but more towards how endangered they are. I don't recall animals welfare groups being really huge in Euro. Z was the most popular series of them all, GT was meh. There are not so many endangered species in Europe though + we don't eat everything like Japan. Even horse/rabbit/sheep/goat is very rare here. Our ranking in terms of most consumed animals should be: pork>beef>chicken>fish>venison>>>>>>>>>>other. No need for intense welfare. ps: Superman sucks, nobody likes that hero in EU. Boring boring.  |
